Job Description
Maintain knowledge of products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Assist customers with their device questions, bill payments, educating customers through product demonstrations as well as assist sales reps in the sales process. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service and verbal skills.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
- Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years retail/customer facing/ preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
