Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for a Senior Brand Manager role. In this role, you will direct the strategy and lead the implementation of brand marketing initiatives for Miracle-Ear to increase store traffic, grow revenue, profits and industry recognition for the entire organization. You will Develop and direct cross-functional teams in creating and executing marketing tactics and strategies.
You will have a direct impact on the overall success of the business unit and be accountable to the Business Unit Leader to define, activate and enforce the Brand Strategy, Marketing Campaign effectiveness, Product Management and offline channel performance. When executed , Senior Brand Manager will ensure that all efforts build the brand equity and profitability of the business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage brand positioning strategy, brand statements, tag lines and key selling messages to be used company-wide across all marketing channels
- Oversee national TV placement, TV buying, and the relationship with the media agency
- Enables Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Marketing teams to execute programs within the developed brand messaging, and oversees execution and implementation into their respective programs
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; contributing to and/or preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Establish and communicate the vision, mission and future direction for brand strategy, promotional calendar, and offline channel marketing
- Identify industry trends and opportunities for growth and innovation within the marketing space
- Formulate and implement strategy for tv, direct mail and newspaper advertising and platforms to grow program performance and drive incremental revenue
- Leads the development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates Miracle-Ear products in the market
- Be the “voice of the program”, selling initiatives, demonstrating benefits and results to stakeholders including business unit leaders, cross-functional peers and Miracle-Ear franchisees
- Develop reporting and analytics approach that allows for streamlined insights and benchmark for short- and long-term impact on the business
- Lead program Implementation in coordination with IT, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital, Operations, Training, Finance, and partners
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or economics required or equivalent training and experience
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing
- 4+ years of experience managing marketing professionals
- 3+ years of experience in direct response marketing

- A well organized and self-directed individual with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A resolute individual who can influence through passion and expertise and create followership at all levels of the organization
- Advanced knowledge of marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies based on insights that drive our results
- Analytical thinker with experience managing large-scale marketing programs
- A player-coach that is happy to get their hands dirty, as well as step back to drive strategy
- Experience in an agency setting with a client management focus, or a multi-location/franchise environment
