Assembly Supervisor, 2nd Shift
Job Summary:
This position reports to the Module Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor, 1st Shift, and is responsible for managing production floor electronic assembly operations. Responsibilities include; coordinating all production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and minimize equipment downtime, performing electronic assembly during peak demands, reviewing procedures and documentation, and communicating proper procedures to assembly employees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervises all areas of assembly floor and employees.
· Addresses employee performance issues.
· Provides technical support with equipment when needed.
· Performs production work as needed to meet demands.
· Assists in scheduling production through floor.
· Responsible for meeting deadlines.
· Works closely with Engineering, Scheduling, Test, Technicians, Quality and Leads.
· Communicates product scheduling issues with Manager and Scheduling.
· Coordinates technical staff needs with the Manufacturing Engineer.
· Administers procedures.
Required Qualifications:
· Associates Degree in electronics or related field or equivalent experience.
· 3 to 5 years leadership (lead or supervisory) experience within electromechanical field.
· Strong organization skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Must be able to read and understand schematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experienced with printed circuit board assembly.

· May be required to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, 0 - 10% of time.
