Shift (overnight): Wed, Thurs, Fri and every other Sat from 6:45pm - 7:15am Pay: $24-$27/hr depending on experience In this role, you would be responsible for performing functions as a technician associated with in-lab operations (which collaborate with engineering) and directly support manufacturing with regard to destructive wafer analysis, structure and failure analysis, and carry out level appropriate equipment maintenance. You will perform destructive analysis, fault isolation, and sampling related to root cause analysis and process characterization. The ideal candidate has a keen ability to follow standard operating procedures, can determines and assist in developing methods and procedures to optimize techniques and capabilities related to in-lab operations, and offers strict compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ability to receive detailed instructions on routine assignments or projects and carry out to completion
• Demonstrate supporting role on level appropriate assignments or projects
• Capable of manipulating various software applications to perform job functions
• Ability to perform user end optimization of analysis equipment and interface with operating systems
• Able to demonstrate problem solving, related to analysis, operation or maintenance
• Establish ownership of individual performance related to department Key Process Indices (KPI)
• Proficient in ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and actions
• Adaptability to varying processes, procedures and assignments, with an awareness of priorities
• Some technical understanding, with an ability to perform multidimensional tasks independently or within a team
• Demonstrates ability to consistently perform sample preparation specific to operation job function
• Novice to Moderate understanding of equipment operation and operator level up-keep
