Job Summary
The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with health and fitness, comfortable in a gym environment, self motivated to upkeep the gyms cleanliness, orderliness and overall functionality. The role involves all aspects of daily membership support. This person is responsible for welcoming guests and members to the gym, selling memberships and training services, and the overall club vibe. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation and the ability to influence others in a positive way.
Key Responsibilities
· Membership and Training Sales – a large component of the role is centered around membership and training sales. This individual must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
· Member Support and Service - the role is responsible to address member concerns, service requests and/or other various concerns of our membership.
· Gym Hygiene - the role is responsible for keeping the gym, bathrooms and overall appearance clean and presentable.
· Equipment Maintenance - the role is responsible for following equipment maintenance schedules, notifying management of equipment repair needs and ensuring any inoperable equipment is disable from member usage.
Job Requirements
· 16 years or older
· Customer service skills required
· Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]
· Technologically savvy
· Self-motivated
· Good at managing time and schedules
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
