What You Will Do:
Safal Partners is seeking a Senior Level Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. As a key member of the Business Development team, this professional will coordinate and collaborate with others to drive growth across our business segments. As a versatile performer, the perfect applicant is an experienced proposal writer, with the acumen and intellectual curiosity necessary to shadow the Chief Growth Officer in order to learn Capture, Proposal Operations, and Proposal Management skills. This person must be oriented to appreciate Public Sector clients and their importance in driving outcomes for citizens and residents.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle numerous tasks independently with great flexibility
- Ability to research and analyze federal government solicitations to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and proposal submission guidelines
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information necessary for proposal development
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements
- Draft graphics and other visual aids to enhance proposal content
- Participate in proposal reviews and revisions, incorporating feedback from reviewers
- Stay current with federal government procurement policies and regulations.
- Advance experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the Federal Public Sector Market
- Utilize data-driven decision-making and research-based methods to identify, analyze, and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related area
Preferred Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as writer, proofreader, or copywriter
- Past employment in a midsize or large Management Consultancy or System Integrator
- Possess a MBA / Master's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise
- Experience in the State, Local Government, or Higher Education Markets
- Located somewhere in DC Metropolitan Area however, this job will be remote
