Our State Farm Insurance Agency (Clifton NJ) is rapidly growing and has quickly become one of the most successful agencies in NJ. We are a small, family-oriented company with an environment that is friendly and energetic. We are looking to expand our team with someone who will thrive within our group and who aims to succeed personally and professionally. With this role, you will have the ability to potentially obtain an insurance license, as well as build a long-lasting career in the Insurance/Financial Services business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services with high volume of outbound calling and networking.
· Building relationships with clients, prospecting for new clients, probing to discover needs (asking questions and listening)
· Closing sales for all lines (auto, fire, life, and bank) and asking for referrals
· Fast-track Advancement and career growth opportunities are available for the right candidate with the possibility of owning your own State Farm agency
· Market new products & services to new and existing policyholders, along with developing new client relationships (Marketing experience a plus)
· Must be a self-starter, energetic, well-spoken and require little to no micro-management
· Previous Experience/Success in Customer Service or insurance preferred, but not mandatory
· Property & Casualty licenses are preferred, but not mandatory. Will sponsor the right candidate for P&C licensing

AS AN AGENT TEAM MEMBER YOU WILL RECEIVE...
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
COMPENSATION:
- $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 plus potential quarterly bonuses
