An ideal candidate would be someone who will pass a background check, are reliable, responsive and local, with a smartphone, and must have their own vehicle they can use for work (we reimburse on-the-job mileage & bridge tolls). In addition we require 3+ years of residential or Airbnb cleaning.

We are a short term/long term rental company in Cincinnati Ohio. We own and operate all off our properties. Most of our cleanings happen between 9am and 5pm, five days a week. All of our properties are rented on Airbnb and VRBO.

This is a full time W-2 Employee position and you will have a flexible schedule. We provide all supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete walkthrough of cleaned properties
• Stock and resupply property supply closets
• Clean bedrooms, make beds, and replenish linens
• Clean bathrooms, kitchen, and all living areas
• Manage cleaning backstock and re-ordering of supplies
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Mop and polish wood flooring
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment
• Sweep exterior walkways, decks, and garage
• Units to be cleaned include 800 sf apartment and 4600sf house, these must be cleaned within a specific time frame for guest check-in and check-out
• Some weekend cleaning may be required
• Opportunity to assist with co-hosting on Airbnb in future with listing management

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to frequently bend, reach, balance, climb stairs, and lift 20 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Someone who is detailed oriented and enjoys cleaning
• Must be punctual
