Yard Support
2nd Shift
Pay Range: $24.37 – 25.49/hr, plus an extra $.60 per hour for CDL
Hours: 3:30pm -12:30am, weekend rotation required (Overtime as production demands)
Responsibilities
- Movement of all semi-trailers from/to Riverside, Countryside and Meadowside operations grounds (to and from the yard and plant docks for receiving, shipping and trucking)
- Responsible for completion of daily washing of tractors and trailers
- Responsible for general trailer operations (fueling, unloading, temperature checks, etc.)
- Other responsibilities including (e.g. yard security checks, trucking functions, etc.)
- General trailer upkeep
Skills and Competencies
- Class A CDL Driver License needed
- Must have an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 or older
- Be able to use the following computer systems: MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Access) and Outlook
- Self-motivated
- Ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment
- Desire to satisfy customers by providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Accurately maintain all paperwork associated with this position
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Communication skills / radio communication very important
Other Requirements:
