Division Overview
Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) designs and manufactures a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes and has been actively growing that business segment. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, and underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas, and water industries.

Position Overview
Hubbell Lenoir City is currently hiring cover and box casters for the following shifts.
Schedule:
12 Hour Shifts (5 am to 5 pm)
Weekend Shift (Work 36 Hours Get Paid 40)
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Compensation:
Starting Pay Rate Is $19.00
Benefits Include (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, 4% Profit Sharing, Vacation)
$1000 Retention bonus after 90 days.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Polymer concrete casters are responsible for casting covers and boxes using different individual mold platforms.
Preparing Different Size Molds-Covers/Boxes
Process Mixer While Working With Fiberglass And Rebar
Performs Best Quality Check After Process Has Taken Place
