Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently seeking full-time Warehouse Kitchen Assistants to work afternoon/night shifts at our food manufacturing facility at 11777 Cyrus Way in Mukilteo (please note this is not a restaurant job).

The wage for this position will start between $20 and $24 per hour, based on your experience, with an additional $2 differential per hour since the shifts start past 3:00pm.

Job requirements will include:

• Prepping raw ingredients for the soups and chowders
• Packaging of finished goods
• Cleaning and sanitizing the work areas and equipment (manual scrubbing, dishwashing, etc.)

Those hired will work from 3:30pm to 2:00am (10 hours per day plus lunch) from Monday to Thursday for 40 hours per week. Friday to Saturday overtime may be mandatory during our busy season from September to January.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered:

• Must be able to maintain a fast paced and physically demanding production schedule
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds to shoulder level throughout the day and use hand/wrists constantly
• Pass a company background check after an initial screening of qualifications
