What you'll do:

• Accurately identify and count material.
• Identify and notify team leads or supervisors when material is lost or damaged.
• Ensure materials stay safely secured and packaged.
• Keep track of documentation and ensuring materials are properly labeled.
• Ensure when material is moved that proper transactions are made to keep inventory integrity.
• Keep a clean and organized environment including sweeping, emptying trash, stacking skids, straightening work areas.
• Prepare and perform annual physical inventory.

You'll be successful with:

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to communicate with to peers and supervisors.
• Ability to work on your feet during your shift and carry and stack material.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

Preferred skills and other duties depending on the area of the warehouse:

• Ability / willingness to learn (be trained on) operate forklift to load or unload trucks.
• Ability / willingness to operate Reach Truck and Stock picker to pull orders and put away material.
• Willingness to be trained on Operate dock equipment such as dock locks, and dock plates to ensure safe unloading of trucks.
• Perform safety checks on material handling equipment and dock equipment.
• Consolidate and pack material to best fill pallets for inbound or outbound shipments
• Pick material by work order and deliver to locations specified.
• Replenish material in the assembly line from the warehouse utilizing carts and bins.
• Knowledge of computers and the use of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
