The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, and is located in Lewisville, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the various receiving, organizing, stocking, and shipping within the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the various types of forklifts
• Pick orders
• Stock inventory, sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Inspects products for damages and reports as needed
• Ship products within the warehouse using computer equipment
• Communicate with external providers
• Assemble fundamental components using a combination of hand tools and equipment when needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in customer service when necessary
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Some overtime is required
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Acceptable verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accurately follow instructions independently

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse setting
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to successfully pass a background check

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
