Vice President, Sales Job at Ensurem LLC
Ensurem is an insurance technology company in Largo and Port Richey, Florida, disrupting the traditional insurance distribution model. As part of our client service model, we maintain a contact center of nearly 200 life and health insured licensed insurance agents (2-15 License), who are employees of the company. The VP of Sales will grow and lead this great team. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will have Sales Managers as direct reports.
The VP of Sales responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Medicare market and knowing competitive products. They must also be excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, develop and manage a team of nearly 200 call center sales agents, located remotely and in two physical locations
- Provide leadership to the sales organization in implementing sales and objectives that appropriately reflect the organization’s goals
- Define, implement, and manage the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization production and profitability goals
· Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales attainment, KPIs and other key financial performance objectives in an ethical manner
· Oversee delivery and operational improvement initiatives
· Drive strategy of contact center to drive growth and efficiencies
· Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities
· Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience
Works with business peers to decrease member disenrollment, increase retention and enhance member satisfaction
- Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes
- Evaluate and develop commission schemes and engagement programs
- Oversee new hire recruiting programs and achieve recruiting goals
- Be a thought leader in the application of advanced technology to create an efficient, effective, compliant call center that gives a great customer experience.
- Manage and develop the Sales Managers and supervisors, be responsible for the overall management and morale of Ensurem’s agent salesforce.
- Understand how to maintain engagement in a remote environment
- Use analysis tools to determine gaps and work with team members to correct

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
- Experience managing a remote call center
- Strong leadership, analytical, tactical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Must understand and adapt to Servant/Leader culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours as needed
· Must be available to travel to multiple locations as required
· Detailed familiarity with call center software, preferably Five-9 and Salesforce
· Detailed knowledge of senior insurance products and markets, specifically Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement products and regulations
- Complete understanding and experience with outbound campaign lead strategies and management
- Able to utilize and leverage analytical software
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of related senior insurance experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
· Minimum of 10 Years in management role with at least 5 years in a Director role
· Detailed knowledge of senior insurance products, especially Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement products and regulations
