Summary of Job Duties: Consult with the Care Planning Team concerning assessment evaluations and assist in planning and developing the skin care treatment to be performed for the resident Initiate requests for consultation or referral Respond to requests from the resident, physician, or nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Current Texas nursing license (RN or LVN)
- Wound Care / Treatment experience is preferred
- Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
