We're a 75- Year old, Family-owned company looking to add to our transportation team, with clinical experience and a willingness to learn new skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- One (1) year prior office training or experience preferred
- Call late loads and log the name of the person contacted.
- Maintains alphabetical mail slots for transportation employees.
- Adjust final billing researching any discrepancies.
- Enter dispatch on the mainframe and verify for accuracy.
- Enter driver and helper information into Route Completion
- Print and verify Load Analysis.
- Establish and maintain accurate and up to date DOT files and equipment files.
- Code department bills for payment process.
- Schedule DOT physicals.
- Maintain accurate uniform records.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of driver meetings and events.
- Orders all office supplies and materials.
- Receives and sorts all incoming mail for the department. Prepares outgoing mail and delivers to mailroom.
