YOUR MISSION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute Ecommerce new item setup process, continuous walk the digital store, site/catalog maintenance, Amazon product help tickets(30+/month).
- Formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer metrics, trends, insights: Sales & Inventory Data, Amazon Brand Analytics Dashboard data.
- Partner with sales team and marketing to drive retailer specific x PUMA marketing initiatives, partnering to maximize ROAS.
- Create and edit seasonal selling tools for Key Product Initiatives and Available Inventory
- Partner with sales team and marketing to drive licensee partner opportunities
- Manage retailer requests for full product detail templates and full visual asset library for all products.
- Manage retailer requests for product samples used for Social Media launches/storytelling.
- Manage showroom product set up, maintenance.
- Participate in sales market appointments in the showroom.
- Assist sales team with special projects as needed
- Work in close partnership with the internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams: Customer Service, Marketing, Planning, Sales Operations
- Build exceptionally strong relationships and communication with retail partners: Amazon, ZAPPOS, 6pm, Zulily
YOUR TALENT
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related areas
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Familiarity with retail math is a plus.
- Very strong computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ecommerce Amazon experience and working in Amazon vendor central system is a plus.
- Must have strong initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and be detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work with all levels within and outside the company
