This role will be responsible for the execution of diagnostics in alignment and with manufacturer expectation of quality and efficiency. You will support the beginning clerical stages of the repairs process in partnership with Repair Technicians.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Check in machines and open service tickets using NetSuite
  • Verify warranty information with manufacturers
  • Prepare and receive shipping manifestos, keeping track of schedule
  • Responsible for pickup, delivery and shipment of parts as needed
  • Responsible for shipping completed devices back to client as requested
  • Keep an organized space as required for successful sorting and distribution of machines/devices
  • Update NetSuite and Client internal asset management systems as needed
  • Receive consignments parts from manufacturers and ensure accuracy of volumes
  • Ability to speak with vendors through provided portals for support and troubleshooting
  • Performing cycle counts and investigates the outcomes of those counts
  • Perform other duties as needed and requested by Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bring positive attitude, and contribute to the entire service department through the flexibility to jump in where needed
  • Reliable, professional, comfortable with written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or the Google Suite

Bonus Points for:

  • NetSuite experience is a big plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
  • Experience with device repairs
  • Shipping and Receiving experience

Pay range for this position is $23 - $25/ hour depending upon experience.
