In your new role you will:
- Performs functions associated with wafer testing manufacturing operations , including installation of the probe card on the prober, working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers to complete Process Requests on all sort tester platforms in Test25
- Basic troubleshooting of contact problems is the wafer test setup
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Perform lot setup on all present and future testers
- Determine if setup issue is caused by Tester or Probe Card
- Must be able to operator UF200A, UF3000, UF3000EX/EX-e, UF2000probers
- Communicate with engineering on Engineerin g Process Request
- Verify if probe card is using correct probe tip cleaning material
- Run t ester diagnostics if needed
- Work with Maintenance Technician to determine root cause of tester setup issue
- Understand how to capture data logs on testers
- Run VPG planarization on V5400’s
