The Switchboard Operator is responsible for exhibiting excellent customer service by receiving and routing a high volume of external and internal phone calls.
- Handle all inbound phones calls
- Route all calls to proper destination
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette at all times
- Sort lock box mail
- Sort and stuff billing sheets
- Assure compliance with all company plans, policies and procedures set forth by the Florida Orthopaedic Institute
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1 year experience in a medical environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of calls
