The Pro Shop Attendant will provide clerical and administrative support while assisting with the daily operations of the golf pro shop and the golf course.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Oversees collection of fees, membership fees and retail sales; prepares cash balance and deposits
- Organizes tee times on the golf course for individuals and groups and informs them of course rules and regulations
- Trains staff members monitoring the golf courses to ensure that members abide by club rules and regulations
- Maintains records of daily play on golf courses and prepares reports on usage for golf pro.
- Maintains addresses and other information on club members when appropriate
- Establish and oversee maintenance schedules for golf carts, order parts for carts, assists in repairing carts
- Performs General housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, washing window, etc.
- Organizes schedules and operations for the driving range, organizes, schedules and oversees arrangements for golf outings
- Other duties that may be assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Current High school student or graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
