YOUR ROLE

  • The Strategic Project Manager will be a part of a team that drives Henkel's industry 4.0 projects and workstreams to develop service-oriented business models for our Metals Industry, with potential focus on data-solutions, and servitization.
  • Build the foundation for new business models through market research, competitive analysis, & internal change management initiatives.
  • Design value propositions and establish business plans for selected options.
  • Drive implementation together with local teams and selected partners and engage with a variety of stakeholders and corporate functions on a global level.
  • Contribute to the evolvement of our overall strategy for data-driven business models.
  • Create and lead the communication plan for engaging & informing the global Metals organization.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Business is required. Masters degree is desired, but not required.
  • 3+ years of work experience related to project management, strategy, business development or (digital) venture building (including business model building from ideation to go-to-market solution), ideally in a large enterprise or consultancy is required
  • Proven track record in managing agile and complex projects is required.
  • Experience leading Industry 4.0, servitization, ecosystems, or smart automation projects is desired.
  • Adhesives or chemical industry experience is desired.
  • Ability to analyze, structure and creatively solve complex problems
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to achieve change in the global organization
