PlayPie Indoor Playground is located in Buena Park, Orange County, California.

We have over 12000 sqft of facility which includes soft play, slides, party rooms, library, rest area, technology room, and toddler sections for all ages kids.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time store manager to manage the facility on a daily basis and especially focus on customer service.

Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (please do not apply if you are unable to work weekends)

As the Store Manager, you’ll play a major role in pulling it all together and leading the team. We are looking for an energetic, patient, and detail-oriented leader who manages by example and motivates the team identifies opportunities for efficiencies and growth, has a passion for customer service and creating unforgettable experiences, and achieves results by thinking creatively and positively, and implementing action plans.

Responsibilities:

-Managing day-to-day running

-Providing excellent customer service

-Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards and keeping everything well organized

-Enforcing the rules and regulations

-Organize events and parties

-Oversee food and beverage operations

-Maintaining food service and supplies

-Manage inventory to reduce waste and keep expenses in-line

-Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

-Train and evaluate employees

-Resolve escalated customer complaints

-Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

-Execute the store’s marketing plan, including digital and social media strategies

-Self-motivated and perform leadership of the team to meet goals

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor or equivalent required

-Minimum 2 years of management experience in customer service-oriented business required (i.e. school, day-care, and kids entertainment)

-Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred

-Teaching background or interest we may use for activities i.e. story time, circle time, after school program, etc... is a HUGE plus

-Excellent written and communication skills

-Must be patient and LOVE kids

-Open-minded and have a professional attitude

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
