Parcels is a unique store selling products made by, or sold through companies owned by, people with disabilities or autism. The store also serves as an employment training site for individuals served by the Northeast Arc.

- Provides excellence in customer service by greeting customers, supporting shopping and recommending items for purchase.
- Responds quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
- Creates a positive, inviting environment for customers.
- Organizes items on display. Replaces merchandise from stock room as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of items and displays in store.
- Understands and uses basic selling skills to engage and present solutions for customers.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Handles cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitors and protects store products while customers are shopping.
- Understands mission and values of Northeast Arc in order to direct people to appropriate staff for supports.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
