We are seeking a Sr. Sales Manager for our Shreveport Used Truck Center. The individual will be responsible for managing the center's operations and overseeing the retail sales objectives for used trucks. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Sr. Sales Manager for our Shreveport Used Truck Center. The individual will be responsible for managing the center's operations and overseeing the retail sales objectives for used trucks.
- Overall responsibility for the Used Truck Center, including maintaining a high level of overall customer satisfaction with the dealership
- Establish effective go-to-market sales strategies aimed at exceeding annual goals
- Involvement in larger or more complex sales deals
- Develop and participates in strategic and tactical planning
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the center
- Manages policy and strategy implementation and control; has short-term operational/tactical responsibilities
- Manages Sales Consultants, helping coordinate their activities with responsibility for results; including costs, methods and staffing
- Frequently interacts with supervisors, and peers within other company divisions
- Meets customers and interacts with corporate support units
- May lead cooperative efforts of a project team

Bachelor’s degree

At least 8 years of sales experience

- At least 6 years of sales experience

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Truck sales or related sales experience is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce
- Demonstrate high level of sales acumen
- Management experience
- Ability to build relationships with customers, source business, and achieve sales goals
- Working knowledge of truck specifications is strongly preferred
- Ability to Travel 25%
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good organizational and time management skills
