Sr. Financial Analyst Job at Payment Alliance International
Brinks is looking for a talented Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Company’s Global ATM growth efforts. The primary responsibility of this position is to build financial models for new customer proposals and new potential acquisition opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support acquisition integration efforts.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
o Evaluate financial ramifications of current and potential strategic opportunities through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
o Develop complex valuation models, incorporating DCF, trading & transaction comparable and other valuation methods
o Collaborates with multiple internal and external groups to conduct due diligence on new growth opportunities
o Perform industry research using public and private sources of data sets
o Support the deal execution process and the development of robust frameworks to evaluate and execute against strategic organic and inorganic growth opportunities
o Develop and enhance processes as required for consistent analysis techniques
o Completes ad-hoc projects and create reports as needed
· Requirements:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as the position will be responsible for clearly articulating analyses and recommendations to senior leaders and colleagues
o Experience contributing to high-impact strategy assignments is preferred
o Self-motivated and positive attitude is a must!
o Superior forecasting and modeling methods and techniques
o Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities
o Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
o Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business
o Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
o Minimum experience of 5 years in a related field
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Accounting, or Finance. MBA is a plus.
