Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance, the Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for all physician compensation related calculations and presentations. They produce compensation models, trend analysis, budgets/forecast, and other ad-hock analysis to support the long-term financial goals of the organization related to provider compensation.

Sr. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

• Build, calculate, and analyze compensation models and incentive plans for a multimarket Urology group.

• Review reconciliations of monthly/quarterly/yearly physician payroll reports.

• Communicate with business leaders (operational and corporate leaders) regarding results of analyses and propose actions where needed.

• Assists with the budget preparation and planning for provider compensation.

• Assist various UUG leaders with ad-hoc analysis as requested.

• Perform other analysis duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in finance or accounting
• Experience in a healthcare environment desirable but not required

• Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tool experience desirable but not required
