Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance, the Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for all physician compensation related calculations and presentations. They produce compensation models, trend analysis, budgets/forecast, and other ad-hock analysis to support the long-term financial goals of the organization related to provider compensation.
Sr. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
Build, calculate, and analyze compensation models and incentive plans for a multimarket Urology group.
Review reconciliations of monthly/quarterly/yearly physician payroll reports.
Communicate with business leaders (operational and corporate leaders) regarding results of analyses and propose actions where needed.
Assists with the budget preparation and planning for provider compensation.
Assist various UUG leaders with ad-hoc analysis as requested.
Perform other analysis duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in a healthcare environment desirable but not required
- Exceptional business and financial acumen
- Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tool experience desirable but not required
