Solar sales is the hot topic right now in the sales world. We want to help sales reps get the experience they need to be VERY successful in the industry. You will be trained by one of the top 3 solar sales reps in the entire industry. Compensation is competitive and all of our reps make more money with us than they have at any previous job. As a lead generator, we are looking for someone who is very comfortable knocking doors and talking with people they have never met and have great communication skills, work ethic, and attitude.

Here at small town solar, our focuses are a little different. We try to stay as far away from the corporate feel as possible. With that being said, work life balance is very important for us to provide for all of our employees including our sales reps. We have a unique schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. This provides everyone with the opportunity to make a ton of money in the first 2 weeks of the month and then spend the second half of the month enjoying family or their favorite hobbies. Take a vacation every month if you need to! We can guarantee that we can plug you into a system that can help you make more money than ever before. It’s all about the team with us.
