Receiver in
Clarence Center, NY. Our clients products are sold into over 50+ different countries around the globe.
Full time: typical hours 7am-4pm; Monday-Friday; overtime as directed Salary/Wage:
$18-$20/hr. DOE.
Reports to: Director of Materials
Summary: This position requires the timely receiving of inventory.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Work with various shipping companies to coordinate the shipping of our products - Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods. - Inputting correct counts and information into ERP system - Assuring no damage to items received - Comparing packing list to company purchase orders to ensure the products in each delivery match the packing list. - Load and unload trucks and containers - Cooperate and assist teammates with similar duties.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
1) GED or High School diploma
2) One year of recent related work experience
3) One year of Customer Service
4) At least one year recent experience operating Windows based software

1) Must be organized, proactive, have attention to details, and ability to multitask
2) Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and customers
3) Possess strong sense of urgency
4) Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
5) Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
6) Good written and oral communication skills
7) Working in a manufacturing setting with machinery and equipment preferred
8) Prior use of pallet jack and carts preferred
Additional information:
1) Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and working on a computer
2) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
3) Able to bend, stretch, reach, push and pull parts and products
