Job Description - Shift Lead

$17.00 per hour plus tip share

Crumbl Tinley Park is looking for high performing, high energy, team oriented shift leads that are ready to help their team succeed! A Shift Lead is someone who is in charge of managing one of the working shifts. This includes up to 20 bakers who will be performing a variety of tasks. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is REQUIRED
Shift Lead Responsibilities

• Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

Shift Lead Requirements

• Previous leadership experience required 1+ years
• Notable communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• A team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Computer literacy
• Proactive organizational skills
• Ability to keep and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
