About the role: We are looking for team players who are driven, proactive, passionate about the space, our business, and the opportunity, and are effective problem solvers able to execute with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help achieve the Apprentice Tempo product mission and vision
  • Fall in love with discovering, dissecting, and understanding our pharma manufacturing users’ problems
  • Help research and analyze the product to achieve product market fit for our target serviceable obtainable market
  • Measure your impact by defining key results for company-wide OKRs
  • Cross-collaborate with the other product managers to ensure we maintain a holistic product experience
  • Identify compelling problems to solve in the form of epics/features based on customer needs and market opportunity
  • Maintain and prioritize your product area’s backlog of epics coordinating with the other product managers to ensure seamless and cohesive releases
  • Define business requirements and work with feature product owners and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
  • While product managers own the problem, you will still collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to craft the most optimal user solution
  • Analyze and prioritize feature requests based on business value, user impact, and other factors
  • Engage with, interview, and collaborate with users to understand the details of their problems
  • Be adaptable to accelerating market changes resulting in swift prioritization changes
  • Define, maintain, and optimize the product processes as the team scales
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their product needs
  • Work with the Apprentice Strategy team to help research and define product strategy
  • Work closely with our executive leadership ensuring our roadmap aligns with business priorities and mission
  • Be curious about and stay on top of the pharma market and competitive trends and incorporate them into your analysis and recommendations
  • Be a passionate evangelist of the Apprentice platform helping present, author, and drive content

Qualifications:

  • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude
  • Passion for learning and helping in pharma manufacturing
  • Ability to create a logical path in ambiguity
  • Proven track record of making tough decisions with polarized loud stakeholders
  • 2-5 years experience as a Product Manager for a software product (B2B or B2C - cloud experience a plus)
  • Experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles
  • Product management, human-centered design, or user research certifications a plus
  • Strong empathy for the developer audience
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to build alignment and clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences, including internal teams and customers/partners
  • Technical or engineering-based Bachelor’s degree (MBA or master’s a plus)
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
