JOB SUMMARY

S&C Health Services maintains a modern Occupational Health Clinic as part of the Health, Safety & Environmental Services Organization to support team member’s health, safety and wellness efforts. The clinic also provides administrative support and is staffed by Occupational Health Nurses, a Sr. Health Services Administrator, and the Manager—Health Services.

This position is onsite located in Franklin, WI.
Core working hours may be from 7:00AM – 3:30PM or 9:30AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Friday.

The compensation range is $84,000 - $115,000 based on experience

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Health Promotion and Risk Reduction
  • Counseling and Crisis Intervention
  • Worker and Workplace Hazard Detection
  • Applying clinical assessment, care and referral medical management skills for ill or injured team member’s Monday through Friday – hours as assigned.
  • Responding to emergencies and rendering appropriate levels of care, treatment, and referral.
  • Medical case management of the company’s Short-Term Disability Pay, Workers’ Compensation, FMLA and ADA requirements.
  • Facilitating the company’s medical surveillance programs including hearing conservation and respirator programs.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of health and wellness disease management clinic initiatives.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance
  • Assisting in and/or determining OSHA recordability of work-related injuries/illnesses.
  • Management of Non-Occupational and Occupational decisions related to injury/illnesses.
  • Management of the OSHA 300 Log.
  • Performing on-site job analysis when necessary (e.g. Transitional Return-to-Work assignments).
  • Providing advanced clinician as a team member within all areas of Health Services’ responsibilities.
  • Identifying and preparing trend analysis for clinic activities.
  • Familiar with office and manufacturing ergonomics, applications, and principles.
  • Core working hours may be from 7:00AM – 3:30PM or 9:30AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Friday.

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification Occupational Health Nursing (required),
  • Certification CPR/AED.
  • Advanced nursing assessment skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office and other Electronic Medical Records (EMR) programs.
  • Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Relevant Experience Required:
Five – ten years Certified Occupational Health Nursing, Manufacturing / Production environment,

  • Standing: Physical demands are those normally associated with a regular office environment.
  • Lifting: During emergency nursing care, lifting of persons or nursing equipment may be required.
  • Walking: May be required to walk to locations within the facility.
  • Carrying: During emergency nursing care, carrying of persons or nursing equipment may be required.
  • Pushing: During emergency nursing care, pushing of persons or nursing equipment may be required.
  • Pulling: During emergency nursing care, pulling of persons or nursing equipment may be required.
  • Bending: During emergency nursing care, bending to reach persons or nursing equipment may be required.
  • Reaching: During emergency nursing care, reaching for persons or nursing equipment may be required.
  • Handling: During emergency nursing care, driving the emergency response vehicle may be required.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
