Are you an efficient communicator, leader and excellent problem solver? This may be the role for you! We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Specialist to serve as a relationship manager with key departments within Paramount and ensure critical knowledge is optimally collected and disseminated.
You will consult and propose solutions for knowledge creators and consumers and be responsible for supporting Knowledge Management (KM) processes and strategy across Paramount Streaming. You will act as an agent of change, assertive and proactive in anticipating situations requiring partnership, negotiation and change management. This position will help implement the organization and revision of our technical (Engineering, Architecture), as well as content and practices; help set standards and processes for knowledge creation and maintenance; identify techniques and standard processes to facilitate knowledge transfer; and evaluate all areas of our KM methodologies for effectiveness and efficiency.
Day to day
Proactively engage with partners and users to identify, prioritize, complete and communicate process changes and platform functionality that improves efficiency and effectiveness
Be passionate about metrics by defining reporting requirements for KM impact on employee engagement, efficiency and experience
Work closely with content owners to ensure they know and use our processes, tools and their features effectively
Work with development teams on employee portals to Virtual Assistant, Machine Learning, Enterprise Search to explore new technology and functionality and provide recommendations to leadership regarding strategic roadmap planning for Knowledge Management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+5 years of technical communication, knowledge management work, project management, or business analysis
Excellent writing, analytical, problem solving and research skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams on projects communicate and influence large groups and at varying levels within the organization
Knowledge management, community and self-service processes and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Technical literacy and engineering team experience
Data-driven with dedication to drive customer engagement towards business outcome and value realization
Agile and Lean methodologies experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $67,000.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
