We Florida Financial: is seeking two dynamic Senior Collector's: to join its Collections department!
The Senior Collector will protect the Credit Union's assets by identifying and collecting consumer loans, mortgage loans, and negative share/share draft accounts, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or charged off by entirely using job-relevant technical skills, maintaining/updating technical skills, and seeking to enhance service skills. The Senior Collector must be able to make decisions within established guidelines, be willing to work within a sales environment, and be a team player in an organization that values teamwork.
This role requires a high school level of language, math, and reasoning skills. Three years of experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable. Must understand and follow complex written and oral instructions. Ability to complete required paperwork, communicate verbally with staff, members, and vendors, and perform essential computer-related input. Knowledge of Laws and regulations affecting lending and collections is necessary.
