Secondary Operations
This is a full-time position working in Stamping Quality department to inspect, sort and package parts as well as recording quality-related information to ensure they meet or exceed production demands.

Responsibilities:
- Primary work function will be conducting a visual inspection of parts to ensure parts are made to specifications
- Create and maintain inspection documents
- Data entry and filing of quality documents and records
- Will physically move product to the next stage, such as to shipping & receiving
- Sort and package parts
- Use various types of microscopes as well as manual measurement tools such as micrometers and comparators
- Work with manufacturing technicians to achieve acceptable product and meet or exceed customer quality standards
- Perform housekeeping of inspection equipment and area
- Shift is predominately daylight
Qualifications:
- Ability to use inspection equipment such as microscopes and hand measurement tools
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet production quotas
- Ability to comprehend written procedures
- High level of concentration and attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate dependability and responsibility
- Able to work independently and cooperatively with teams
- Visual acuity (20/20 vision or corrective lenses). Must pass customer’s visual exam
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
