Our growing company seeks several part-time to full-time Sales Associates to introduce our diverse and unique product line to various re-sellers throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast and beyond.
Our product line consists of large and small décor and accessory items and light fixtures suitable for residential and commercial settings as well as gift giving and many other purposes. Our ready-made items are often one-of-a-kind and ideal for Steampunk, Farmhouse, Industrial, Eclectic, Man Cave, and Rustic environments. Most items are hand crafted, in our Vero Beach workshop, from responsibly sourced, repurposed, and replenishable materials. Production of custom pieces, made to a customer’s exact specifications, is our specialty.

The Sales Associate position is an excellent opportunity for self-starters able.to work without direct supervision and grow into earning an above average compensation.
Upon successful completion of our Wholesale Sales Program (WSP) training, Sales Associates are responsible for introducing our diverse line of products to various re-sellers throughout their assigned territories. Currently four (4) territories re available:
a. VBN – Vero Beach North – North of Oslo Road, VB to US192, Melbourne.
b. VBS – Vero Beach South – South of Oslo Road, VB to SR714, Stuart.
c. OKC – Okeechobee - 40 mile radius from town center
d. MLB – Melbourne – North of US192 to SR44
Qualifications:
The B2B WSP is open to all interested persons who possess a positive attitude and the determination needed to acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) to succeed in commissioned sales. Previous sales experience is NOT required. You must live within the boundaries of the territory in which you will be working. During your WSP training:
You will be taught to conduct research and analysis of various locales to discover prospective customers, generate leads, and devise strategies for reaching out to potential clients and identifying their needs.
You will learn appropriate techniques to make telephone sales calls, send written correspondence, arrange appointments and meetings, and conduct site visits to present our company’s unique products in accordance with our Approved Sales Process, using the arsenal of tools which you will be provided.
Compensation: You will be paid a commission on all first orders you write and a residual commission (at a lesser percentage) on all reorders your customers place. In addition, you will be eligible for performance based quarterly and annual bonuses.
Synopsis of Responsibilities:
- Generate new business via telephone sales calls, leads, referrals, and site visits.
- Perform analysis and preparation, assessing customer needs, and preparation of professional sales recommendations tailored to each customer s business.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with industry-related professionals.
- Follow a methodical and structured system to manage opportunities.
- Conduct initial and return visits to businesses within an assigned local territory to obtain new orders and retain current customers.
- Present actual products in face-to-face demonstrations during site visits.
- Facilitate presentations using photos graphics, and PowerPoint.
- Complete order and other forms necessary to accurately maintain customer records.
- Gather key information to update client data and develop follow-up strategies.
- Document all customer contacts in the appropriate databases and provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts to identify opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
Must successfully complete WSP training and be assigned a territory to receive the training stipend.
Ability to work without direct supervision is essential.
Must own and have readily available a reliable, late-model vehicle, in good condition, to transport product samples and deliver items sold.
