Pay: Combination of base salary plus commission and requires successful completion of Parts Training program.

Hours: M-F 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Saturday Rotation 8:00 AM -3:00 PM

Position Overview

• Process orders
• Answer phones
• Assist with customer questions
• Recognize priorities and problem solving
• Check parts availability
• Basic part orders with part numbers provided by customers
• Transfer calls to a Tech or the parts department based on their needs
• Follow up with customers, including on Techs’ estimates
• Work Saturday shifts in rotation with other upper level sales staff (after completion of 90 day probationary period - at management discretion)

Education and Experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of typing, grammar, and basic written/verbal communication skills
