About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a part-time SaaS Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service with a knack for troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support across our three websites, ensuring our customers are provided with the highest level of support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our SaaS platforms and provide solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with other teams, including product development and sales, to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our support database
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and new features to better assist customers
  • Improve our processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in related fields
  • 2+ years experience in remote work
  • Ability to demonstrate success in previous remote positions
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
