Harbors Home Health & Hospice, a leading agency committed to providing Grays Harbor and Pacific County with a variety of in-home healthcare services, is currently seeking full time and per diem RN’s and LPNs to assist in patient care for both Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties. Individuals will be responsible for working with our team of health care providers in the coordination of skilled nursing care in a home setting. Join the leading team in Home Health and Hospice.
Home Health, hospice, acute care, and/or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Requires current Nursing license, driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
