Country Manor's Extended Services team is seeking talented and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to help with their growing clientele! We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, at both locations (Sartell and St. Joseph). The ideal candidate for Extended Services LPN/RN will be clinically competent, compassionate, and committed, with a special interest in serving the elderly. The LPN/RN will provide care to clients according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice and care, under the general supervision of the Extended Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Care for senior population requiring assisted living health care services
- Provide resident care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Educate and update residents on medical treatments
Qualifications:
- Current license in good standing as an LPN/RN in the State of Minnesota
- CPR certification is required
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We have full-time and part-time positions, varied shifts available. All positions include every other weekend and every other holiday.
