Looking to hire ASAP so that training can take place in advance of store opening in March 2023.

Salary in the 45-52k range depending on experience.

Drives business results in assigned store:

- Hires, trains and guides team to reach goals & achieve objectives

- Sets clear direction and communicates consistent priorities

- Control expenses to maximize bottom line results

- Creates a disciplined service culture focused on excellence in execution. Consistent floor presence.

- Ensures adherence to all standard operating procedures, including Human Resource Management, Loss Prevention and Safety

- Takes personal accountability for individual results and team decisions

Develops talent in assigned store:

- Sets high standards and clear accountability

- Provides frequent feedback

- Identifies and influences improvements in visual presentation to maximize profitability and results

Requirements:

- Store management experience

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to achieve sales and develop & motivate employees

- Established time management, organizational skills and communication skills

- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
