Position description:
The Retail Bakery Associate (RBA) staff is responsible for serving the customers. RBA staff need to know all product descriptions and be able to interact with customers so they feel valued and understand the quality of the products. In addition to serving customers, RBA staff are responsible for, but not limited to:
- Stocking the bakery case.
- Keeping the beverage bar stocked and tea and coffee fresh.
- Cleaning the bakery cases, counters and retail area
- Record keeping
- Assisting the Bakery Supervisor as needed.
- Labeling, packing, rotating and stocking of product and merchandise
- Cross train in other areas.
Qualifications:
No experience required
