Resident Engineer Job description: Looking for a full time Resident Engineer to provide Engineering & Construction Project Management Services as needed for the new constructions or Reconstruction, Remodeling of Buildings, Parks, Playgrounds, Pools located in the Five Boroughs of the City of New York.

Monitoring construction activities at various sites to ensure safe and timely completion of the construction projects.

Qualification:

Must have Engineering Degree in Civil/ Mechanical / Construction Management (PE or RA professional) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Resident Engineer.

Must be proficient in review of the contract documents, site safety plans, project schedules.

Must have excellent communication skills and proficient in using Microsoft office-365.

Must be willing to drive own vehicle to visit construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
