Ralph Brennan’s Red Fish Grill seeks an experienced Reservationist to answer phone inquiries and make reservations for our busy and celebrated French Quarter restaurant.
About the Job:
- This position can be remote (work from home) or on-premises.
- Reservationists are responsible for answering the phone in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner.
- Reservationists must maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
About You:
- You enjoy service and hospitality and are able to speak with guests in a pleasing manner.
- You understand the importance of building a local clientele and seek to create lasting relationships with all of our guests.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with management, staff, and guests.
- You have solid experience with OpenTable platform
