We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Tallahassee Florida who is compassionate, a great communicator, tech-savvy, and resilient.
The position is eligible for a $10,000.00 Sign-on Bonus
This Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position will provide care for patients in facilities throughout Leon County. Must have a current Florida RN license and a minimum of 3 years RN experience preferably in Hospice, Home Healthcare, or Nursing Homes. Case Management experience preferred. Must also have a valid driver's license.

Requirements:

• Must have an active Florida RN License
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Case Management experience preferred
