Little Brook Nursing Home is 5 Star (CMS; Oct. 2019) facility located in Califon, NJ. Only 10 miles from Chester, Peapack, Oldwick, Clinton, Washington, Hackettstown & Flanders.

To date, NO Little Brook Nursing Home Residents have been infected with COVID-19 since this disease was introduced into the U.S. in February 2020. And, obviously, NONE of our Residents have passed from this dreaded disease.

Little Brook was one of the first nursing homes to have ALL of its Residents vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine by Walgreens pharmacy in January 2021, as were nearly all of our staff!

Our staff takes seriously the practice of Infectious Disease Prevention Protocols to insure that Little Brook remains COVID-19 free.

Little Brook has been a licensed nursing home since 1960, providing a facility where medically needy men and women can receive health care services with love and compassion without discrimination.
