We are partnered with an elite university in Cambridge, MA that is searching for a Recruiter to add to the team. Our client is looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in high volume recruiting to step in to manage the full life cycle of recruitment. Compensation: $65-75K DOE

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Work on anywhere from 25-30 reqs. at a time, both contract and contract-to-hire
- Search for a variety of qualified candidates and create candidate pipelines utilizing multiple platforms and sources
- Sort through numerous candidate profiles and identify strong matches for active roles
- Write, edit, and post job descriptions and manage incoming applications
- Screen and interview candidates, check references, negotiate salaries, and onboard new hires
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of recruiting experience in higher education
- Knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion hiring best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Must be comfortable collaborating with external staffing agencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in higher education highly preferred
- Candidates must have received both COVID vaccinations + 1 booster
