A Receptionist/Medical Assistant is needed for a fast-paced friendly medical office. Candidates need to be able to identify insurance Information, schedule patients, assist with paperwork, filing and scanning, medical chart preparation and filing, and answer phone calls, and take vitals. A successful candidate will excel under pressure and be able to multi-task in order to complete assignments in a timely manner. Candidates MUST be reliable and accountable for work attendance. Candidates MUST have extraordinary customer service skills and be able to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with patients at all times. Candidates must have experience working with computers. Typing and keyboarding skills are required.
