Job Description

Tempest is seeking a full-time Warehouse Receiver. This position is a hands-on position facilitating daily warehouse activities. This position requires a sense of urgency and accuracy in executing daily activities. A successful candidate will be a robust hands-on communicator who is level-headed under pressure, comfortable working independently, and adapt quickly to changing customer requirements. The candidate needs to be grounded in ethical business practices and find reward in supporting a dynamic sales-based organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Using NetSuite ERP/WMS system accurately and promptly perform the following daily activities:

o Physically and systematically receive products from inbound deliveries.

o Physically and systematically perform Pick, Pack, and Shipping activities.

o Perform system-directed cycle counts.

· Ensure the cleanness of the warehouse, including addressing any safety issues or concerns with the Operations Manager.

Other assigned duties and special projects as directed by the Operations Manager.

· Meeting established program and organization SLAs and TATs.

Job positions and duties may include:

· Receiving: Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.

· Stocking: Use of RF Scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory freight in preparation of order picking while on foot or reach lift.

· Order Filling: Use Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift.

Shipping: Operate forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers
