This position will audit measure and report on IT compliance to the Enterprise Information Services’ Quality Assurance methodology, policies, and procedures. It will ensure process and detail testing criteria is comprehensive and mitigates any risk in the introduction and installation of enhancements, new systems, and or changes in logic or functions within existing system processes. The QA Analyst will ensure adherence to Quality Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology and the Change Management Process for Software Development. It will review and assess test results to improve test conditions, recommend test automation tools, and test method process improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develops process for capturing and maintaining Quality metrics
• Maintains QA standards
• Interviews and works closely with the business to gather/clarify business requirements
• Stays informed of the ways the organization uses its data
• Comprehends, and understands program/project strategy, roadmaps and timelines for execution
• Provides technical direction and training to other IT personnel
• Drives projects to completion, on time and on budget meeting the customer’s expectations and objectives
• Challenges questionable designs and/or assumptions and to critically evaluate project deliverables
• Assists others through issues and if needed, facilitate resolution

What we need from you:

• 1+ year(s) test planning, documentation, and execution experience
• 3+ years of experience in SQL Scripting
• Cross technical project management experience
• Proficiency with multiple productivity tools including, or very similar to:
  • Test automation- HP Quality Center, ALM, Quick Test Professional
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Spreadsheet skills. (e.g., Excel) - Test definition, Requirement Mapping etc.,
  • Presentation skills. (e.g., Power Point)
  • Data flow diagrams - Visio
  • Web page maintenance skills.
  • Word-processing skills. (e.g., Word)
  • Desktop publishing skills. (e.g., Publisher)

• Must be a constant learner and stay up to date on industry knowledge and striving to learn about new and emerging technologies and trends in the Exhibition, Information Technology (IT) industries as well as business practices and trends
• Experience and working knowledge of industry quality assurance “best practices” related to new systems development and modifications to existing systems
• Relentlessly seeks to understand the technology product & service offerings by vendors providing products and services in the quality assurance space
• Identifies and applies technology-based solutions to support solutions required for business problems
